The painting has Norwegian handwriting; It was custom requested by a psychologist. She wanted to bring to her clients an even brighter and more positive environment! It talks about working on your mental health, having all types of feelings, both good or bad. 
The point of the finger is to be represent the “not letting anyone define you”. The bright colors promote happiness in any type of environment!
